Consultation costs, self-pay services and products
The costs for aesthetic treatments and operations are not covered by health insurance or accident insurance and must therefore be paid by the customer.
The cost of a consultation for aesthetic surgery is CHF 150.00, which must be paid directly after the consultation. If the operation is carried out, the CHF 150.00 will be deducted from the total cost of the operation.
Ebenso müssen alle Leistungen (z.B. Behandlung mit Botulinumtoxin oder Hylauronsäure, PRP, Microneedling) und Produkte, welche nicht von der Krankenkasse übernommen werden, direkt vor Ort und unmittelbar nach Durchführung oder Erhalt beglichen werden. Eine Begleichung dieser Kosten auf Rechnung ist ausgeschlossen. Wir akzeptieren als Zahlungsmittel: Visa, Mastercard, Post Finance, Maestro, American Express, TWINT und Bargeld in CHF.
Terms of payment Operations
Die Kosten für die geplante Operation sind spätestens 30 Tage vor der Operation an die Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG zu überweisen. Der Kunde erhält hierzu zusammen mit der schriftlichen Bestätigung des Operationstermins die entsprechende Rechnung.
Cancellation of appointments / Cancellation policy
Appointments already made for a consultation or treatment can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please inform us by telephone or e-mail if you are unable to attend. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or is not canceled, the customer will be liable for compensation. This compensation amounts to CHF 150.00 for a consultation and half of the planned treatment costs for a treatment. Clinic Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG reserves the right to claim these costs.
Die Vereinbarung eines Operationstermines ist verbindlich. Die Absage einer Operation hat mindestens 30 Tage vor dem geplanten Operationstermin schriftlich zu erfolgen. Bei einer Stornierung mehr als 30 Tage vor dem Operationstermin fallen keine Stornierungsskosten an. Bei einer Stornierung des Operationstermins weniger als 30 Tage vor dem geplanten Operationstermin werden 10 % der vereinbarten Operationskosten in Rechnung gestellt. Bei einer Stornierung weniger als 14 Tage vor dem Operationstermin werden 50 % der vereinbarten Operationskosten in Rechnung gestellt. Bei einer Absage weniger als 2 Tage vor dem Operationstermin oder bei Nichterscheinen zum vereinbarten Operationstermin werden 100 % der vereinbarten Operationskosten in Rechnung gestellt.
Price adjustments
Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG reserves the right to adjust the prices for services and products on an ongoing basis. The price shown at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Vouchers
Vouchers from Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.
Contractual partner
The customer's contractual partner is exclusively Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG.
Place of jurisdiction / applicable law
The ordinary courts of the Canton of Basel-Stadt shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this contract. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG. Swiss law, in particular Articles 394 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations on contracts, shall apply.
