Consultation costs, self-pay services and products
The costs for aesthetic treatments and operations are not covered by health insurance or accident insurance and must therefore be paid by the customer.
The cost of a consultation for aesthetic surgery is CHF 150.00, which must be paid directly after the consultation. If the operation is carried out, the CHF 150.00 will be deducted from the total cost of the operation.
Similarly, all services (e.g., treatments with botulinum toxin or hyaluronic acid, PRP, microneedling) and products not covered by health insurance must be paid for on-site immediately after the service is performed or the product is received. Payment of these costs by invoice is not permitted. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Post Finance, Maestro, American Express, TWINT, and cash in CHF.
Terms of payment Operations
Payment for the planned surgery must be transferred to Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG no later than 30 days before the surgery. The customer will receive the corresponding invoice along with the written confirmation of the surgery date.
Cancellation of appointments / Cancellation policy
Appointments already made for a consultation or treatment can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please inform us by telephone or e-mail if you are unable to attend. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or is not canceled, the customer will be liable for compensation. This compensation amounts to CHF 150.00 for a consultation and half of the planned treatment costs for a treatment. Clinic Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG reserves the right to claim these costs.
Scheduling a surgery date is binding. Cancellation of a surgery must be made in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled surgery date. If you cancel more than 30 days before the surgery date, no cancellation fees will be charged. If you cancel the surgery less than 30 days before the scheduled surgery date, 10 % of the agreed-upon surgery costs will be billed. If you cancel less than 14 days before the surgery date, 50 % of the agreed-upon surgery costs will be charged. If the appointment is canceled less than 2 days before the surgery date or if the patient fails to show up for the scheduled surgery, 100 % of the agreed-upon surgery costs will be charged.
Price adjustments
Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG reserves the right to adjust the prices for services and products on an ongoing basis. The price shown at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Vouchers
Vouchers from Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.
Contractual partner
The customer's contractual partner is exclusively Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG.
Place of jurisdiction / applicable law
The ordinary courts of the Canton of Basel-Stadt shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this contract. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Klinik Zum Goldenen Schnitt AG. Swiss law, in particular Articles 394 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations on contracts, shall apply.
