Consultation costs, self-pay services and products
The costs for aesthetic treatments and operations are not covered by health insurance or accident insurance and must therefore be paid by the customer.
The cost of a consultation for aesthetic surgery is CHF 150.00, which must be paid directly after the consultation. If the operation is carried out, the CHF 150.00 will be deducted from the total cost of the operation.
Likewise, all services (e.g. treatment with botulinum toxin or hylauronic acid, PRP, microneedling) and products that are not covered by health insurance must be paid for directly on site and immediately after they have been carried out or received.
Payment of these costs by invoice is excluded. We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Post Finance, Maestro, American Express, TWINT and cash in CHF.
Terms of payment Operations
The costs for the planned operation must be transferred to Praxisklinik am Rhein AG no later than 14 days before the operation. The customer will receive the corresponding invoice together with the written confirmation of the operation date.
Cancellation of appointments / Cancellation policy
Appointments already made for a consultation or treatment can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please inform us by telephone or e-mail if you are unable to attend. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or is not canceled, the customer will be liable for compensation. This compensation amounts to CHF 150.00 for a consultation and half of the planned treatment costs for a treatment. Praxisklinik am Rhein AG reserves the right to claim these costs.
The agreement of an operation date is binding. Cancellation of an operation must be made in writing at least 14 days before the planned date of the operation. If the customer cancels the operation less than 14 days before the date of the operation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the planned operation costs will be charged. If the operation is canceled less than 2 days before the operation or if the operation date is missed, the full operation costs must be paid. Failure to pay the operation costs invoiced to the customer in advance within the specified period shall also be deemed to be a cancellation of the operation.
Price adjustments
Praxisklinik am Rhein AG reserves the right to adjust the prices for services and products on an ongoing basis. The price shown at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Vouchers
Praxisklinik am Rhein AG vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.
Contractual partner
The customer's contractual partner is exclusively Praxisklinik am Rhein AG.
Place of jurisdiction / applicable law
The ordinary courts of the Canton of Basel-Stadt shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this contract. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Praxisklinik am Rhein AG. Swiss law, in particular Articles 394 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations on contracts, shall apply.
